Joel Smernoff, the President of Pal Talk, invited me to his office downtown on Wall Street. Paltalk is a live streaming company that has been around for over 10 years but has not been regarded as a competitor to Ustream, Justin.tv, Mogulus, Yahoo live or other live streaming companies in the same class. This may be the case because the platform is not Apple-friendly and requires installing an application that seems somewhat counter-intuitive to me. However, they are coming out with a flash application soon which may help for ease of use
